Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 July 2026. These terms govern use of organicseo.agency and describe baseline rules for SEO engagements with INTSEO Media.

Parties and acceptance

The website organicseo.agency is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (INTSEO Media). Registered address: [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. By using this website you accept these terms. By entering a paid SEO engagement you also accept the separate written agreement for that engagement. If the separate agreement conflicts with this page on commercial or project points, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.

Website use

You may browse public pages for lawful informational purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service, submit malicious content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us. We may suspend access to forms or other interactive features to protect the service.

Content on this website is general information about organic SEO services. It is not legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation until we have agreed scope in writing.

Scope of SEO services

SEO services, when engaged, may include technical SEO, on-page optimisation, SEO content support, link building / digital PR support, local SEO, ecommerce SEO, reporting, and related advisory work. Exact deliverables, timelines, markets, and responsibilities are defined in the statement of work or service agreement for your project.

Website marketing copy describing services is illustrative. It does not automatically expand or replace the scope of a signed engagement. Changes to scope require written agreement by both parties.

Client obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide timely access to systems needed for the work (for example Search Console, analytics, CMS, staging, GBP where relevant)
  • Appoint decision makers who can approve priorities and reviews
  • Supply accurate business, product, and compliance information for content and claims
  • Implement or facilitate implementation of agreed technical and content changes within reasonable timeframes
  • Ensure you have rights to materials you provide and authority to grant tool access

Delays in access, approvals, or implementation may delay outcomes. We are not responsible for missed milestones caused by client-side blockers outside our control.

No ranking or traffic guarantees

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, impressions, click-through rates, conversions, revenue, or Domain Rating / authority metrics. Search engines change. Competitors publish. Algorithms update. Results depend on many factors outside any single agency's control. Any examples, forecasts, or timelines discussed are estimates and planning aids, not warranties.

See also our Disclaimer.

Dependency on implementation

Organic SEO recommendations create value when they are implemented correctly. If agreed changes are not shipped, are altered without discussion, or are blocked by design, legal, or engineering constraints, expected improvements may not appear. Our reporting will distinguish shipped work from pending work so responsibility stays visible.

Third-party platforms

Services may involve Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, analytics platforms, CMS tools, crawl tools, and other third-party systems. Those platforms have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, interface changes, or enforcement actions by third parties. We are not affiliated with Google or any other search engine.

Payment terms

Fees, billing schedules, expenses, and payment methods are set out in a separate agreement or statement of work. This website does not publish pricing. No figure on a marketing page forms part of your commercial terms unless expressly incorporated in writing.

Unless the separate agreement says otherwise, invoices are payable according to the due dates stated on them. We may pause work if invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed period.

Intellectual property

Pre-existing materials, frameworks, and tools we bring to an engagement remain ours. Deliverables created specifically for you under a paid engagement transfer or license as stated in the separate agreement. Until payment conditions in that agreement are met, we may retain relevant rights. You keep ownership of your pre-existing brand assets, product data, and site content.

Confidentiality

Each party should protect the other's non-public business information obtained during an engagement and use it only for performing or receiving the services, except where disclosure is required by law or already public through no fault of the receiving party.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, INTSEO Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from website use or SEO services, including losses tied to ranking changes, traffic changes, or algorithm updates.

Our aggregate liability arising from a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid by you to us for that engagement during the three months preceding the claim, unless the separate agreement sets a different cap or applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death/personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited).

Termination

Website access terms continue while you use the site. Engagement termination rights, notice periods, and wind-down duties (including removal of analytics and Search Console access) are governed by the separate agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another forum, except where mandatory consumer or local laws give you non-waivable rights. Courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the website, subject to those mandatory rights.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes to an active paid engagement require agreement under that engagement's change process.
